I couldn't agree more. Seth's point about figuring in COGS (Cost of Goods Sold) or in this case COFG (Cost of Free Goods) is so true. You will likely need to cut back on your more traditional advertising, but with the right social media mix in your overall plans --probably very doable these days. These are interesting times indeed.
